As you may be aware, the Anjuman Administrative Office which was housed in the old IAU High School building so far has been shifted to Anjuman’s New Jukaku Shamsuddin Memorial Building at Anjumanabad.This new building is situated next to Mohtisham Ghani Anjumanabad gate and was officially inaugurated on July 17th, 2016.
The first Executive Committee meeting was held about a month back and now the Administrative Office has been shifted. The Anjuman Transport office and Tempo will continue to be in the IAUHS premises.
The new Administrative building has seperate cabins for all the office bearers, separate conference halls for Office Bearers Meeting, Executive Committee Conference Room and Annual General Body Meeting hall. It has been equipped with new furniture and workstations for office staff and separate waiting rooms for Gents and Ladies with toilet facilities. It has ground floor and I floor to take care for future expansion of Anjuman activities.
“Anjuman hopes that with it’s new office, it’s functioning will improve and visitors to Anjuman office will feel more convenient. It will improve Anjuman Public Relation and Image, Insha Allah.” said the President in a press release.
The Office working hours are from 9 am to 5 pm.
